This paper introduces the design, manufacturing and control system of the ball screw lifting platform. Firstly, the parameters of the ball screw lifting platform are determined according to the requirements, including lifting height, load capacity and working speed. Then, SolidWorks is used for 3D modeling and design, and finite element analysis is carried out to ensure the structural strength and stability of the platform. Next, manufacturing and assembly are carried out, including the installation of ball screws, motors and control systems. Finally, a PLC-based control system is designed to realize the automatic lifting and safety protection functions of the platform. The experimental results show that the ball screw lifting platform has good lifting performance and stability, and can be widely used in the industrial production field.
